Rotary Code of ConductThe purpose of Rotary is to inspire and nurture the ideal of service as the basis for all worthwhile business activities, and in particular to do the following:First, broaden the scope of the fellowship to provide opportunities for service.Second, raise moral standards in business and professions, recognize the worthiness of all beneficial professions, and increase the dignity of each profession so that Rotarians can serve society through their own profession.Third, Rotarians practice the ideal of service in their personal, business, and social life.Fourth, businessmen and professionals who are combined with the ideal of service promote international understanding, goodwill and peace through global friendship.
